FII core courses offer students the opportunity to become certified up to their level of training. To pass an FII course, students are required to master certain skills and academics taught throughout their course. FII courses are not performance based; our proven curriculum focuses on mastering the correct freediving specific techniques with a high emphasis on safety. Upon becoming certified, students receive an FII certification card and wall certificate. After taking and passing a FII course, students are welcomed into an exclusive online forum where topics such as: freediving training, finding buddies, travel, and FII news are discussed. FII strongly believes in keeping your newly attained information current as opportunities for depth and pool training are made available through our instructors and facilities on a regular basis.
