In order to become an FII Level 1 Instructor you will be required to take and pass the following courses: - FII Level 1 Freediver Course, 2 days - FII Advanced Freediving Safety Course, 1 day - FII Assistant Instructor Course, 4 days - FII Level 1 Instructor Examination, 2 days

Upon successful completion, FII Instructors gain access to their very own exclusive online Instructor Portal, it is within this portal that they manage their teaching business from certifying students, purchasing materials and student database management to featuring on the popular FII Instructor and Course Locator! FII provides its professionals with unparalleled, continued professional support with a whole range of teaching upgrades available (i.e. Waterman Survival, Level 2 Instructor, Junior Freediver, etc). To gain an instructor upgrade, you simply take and pass the course of interest and register for the next available 'Teaching Upgrade Exam'. FII focuses on helping you grow as a professional.
