Born and raised in Oceanside, California, Patricia (Trish) is a veteran engineer/firefighter/paramedic of the Fire Department, and a veteran lifeguard. She is also a Certified Rescue Diver and Divemaster since 1994, a 200 Registered Yoga Alliance that went on to acquire 300 additional hours yoga teacher training, she has history of surfing, snowboarding, outrigger paddling, open water swimming, and fishing and interest in spearfishing. Trish shares interest with those who are committed to raising awareness for the marine environment. Trish has dedicated herself to traveling, furthering her freediving education, and providing effective instruction to her students. She is F.I.I. Level 3 certified and has been to 155Ft with a 4:33 SBH. She has taken every course the FII has to offer From Level 1 to Spearfishing and Waterman Survival Extended. Prior to becoming a Freediving Instructor she spent six months as a intern assisting with teaching Level 1-Level 2 and advanced safety, as well as Waterman survival. She continues her diving education and improving her skills. Her approach in addition to her various instructor ratings is to have fun keep learning, Trish is very friendly and easy to learn from at the same time is very safety oriented. She is certified beyond the basics. California Licensed Paramedic with Advanced Cardiac Life Support as well as Health Care provider level CPR. Your in good hands. Trish is eager to help you to explore your potential so that you can learn to dive safely and efficiently or to improve your diving foundation.
