Feedback: I am an avid Freediver I have been swimming California coastlines for about the last 5 years and make frequent trips to Hawaii. I met Nathan about a year ago and I heard of his class and he reccomended that I sign up to take my diving to the next level. I would highly recommend Nathan Lucas and his fii level 1 course. In just a few days I learned vital information about how not only could I Freedive with better form but most importantly how to do it more safely and how I could potentially save someone's life that is having loss of motor control skills or a shallow water blackout. I also lobster dive at night and my dive partner got certified by Nathan as well so it just feels so much safer to know that your diving friends have the skill set to save you. Nathan is a true professional he is a phenomenal teacher that is so passionate about teaching freediving that after the course he has contacted me with great articles on freediving stuff that I have learned from. If you want to dive safer , deeper and improve your form I highly recommend this fii level one course with Nathan Lucas . Thanks again Coach

Feedback: This was a great class and I learned a ton. I took this class primarily with the intention to learn safety and rescue techniques. Nathan went over this material very thoroughly and I was impressed with his attention to detail as I took the content very serious. As for the rest of the course the line diving and other course technique that was administered has improved my freediving immensely. Well worth my time and money IMO. Everyone should take this course.
Feedback: Daniel Koval was an awesome instructor, I am so glad I took this course. The safety aspects of this course alone blew me away. I was able to hit 3x my normal depth on the second day. I cant wait to get back in the water.
Feedback: As a person who spends countless hours near the water, I felt that this course would be helpful but didn't realize how helpful until the course completion. There is a difference in being comfortable on top of the water (boat, wake boarding, swimming, etc.) vs being comfortable under the water. Being comfortable comes by experience thus building confidence. This is a big step in that direction.
Feedback: I absolutely recommend this course - and both Rodman and Matt as instructors. You will learn a lot - how to hold your breath longer than you thought you could (3 min seemed easy, somehow!), how to recognize and handle emergency situations, and how to relax and dive into the deep blue without fear. You'll leave the course more confident than you came into it and will be super stoked to get out and dive more. For sure take the class!
