Shipping Service

Freediving Pro Shop uses USPS as a general carrier to deliver all shipments. Different carriers can be used upon special request. When the shipping price differs upon switching carriers, customers are billed or refunded the outstanding difference. We charge shipping and handling only once, regardless of the number of boxes or backorders related to your order.


We will happily accept returns on any unsatisfactory item in its new, original and unused condition within 30 days of purchase. We strictly will not accept returns on any items that have been used.


All refunds are credited to the source of payment.


Freediving Pro Shop will exchange any new and unused merchandise for another color, size, style, etc. Simply return the original product to us. We won’t charge you any re-stocking or exchanging fee; you will have to cover the additional shipping fees.

We encourage the use of insured and verifiable shipping methods for all packages. Undelivered exchange or return items cannot be processed.

Damaged Items

If for some reason your item arrives damaged from the shipping process, it is the customers responsibility to inform us by written email with images of the packaging and damaged goods within 24hrs of its arrival or be subject to the return being denied. Damaged goods will be happily replaced to the exact specifications of the original order only.
