Enchante Gallardo was born and raised on Oahu, and has grown up in and around the water since she was a young girl. Her primary freedive instructors include 13-time world record holder Martin Stepanek, with whom she became an FII Level 3 diver. In 2018, She competed in her first free diving depth competition, the Kona Depth Challenge, where she came in 2nd place. She also competed at the inaugural 2018 Hawaii Cup of Freediving, and is very active in the Hawaii freediving scene. She has also spent some time training in the Blue Hole Dahab, one of the meccas for freediving with Spanish deep diver Miguel Lozano. She has competed in several International competitions in 2019 including Mexico, Roatan, and Dominica. She currently has the US National Record for Constant Weight Bi-fins discipline, diving to a depth of 81m/265ft. She is continually training and striving to further her free diving abilities and loves sharing her passion for freediving with others.
