Matt was very professional, while still being friendly and approachable by the students. I went from 45sec/1min breath holds before the course, to a 3min breath hold during the static apnea portion of the course. Having never been in blue waters before, it was an amazing experience to be able to not only see it, but also dive to 50ft depths. I highly recommend this course for anyone interested in the sport, and I also highly recommend Matthew Pasa as an instructor. He taught the fundamentals very well, while always keeping safety as a goal. Very happy with my experience!
