I've been freediving recreationally for 60 years without any training before this. I was cruising along a ledge in a blue hole in the Berry Islands last month when it occurred to me that "Hmmmm, I should probably know a lot more about what I'm doing"! Absolutely amazing instructor! Tracy is very passionate about freediving and is great at teaching. She is always providing feedback on things you can work on to become more efficient with your dives. Tracy is great at explaining information and is very nice!
