Renssant Freedive Seattle is dedicated to introducing people to freediving in a way that is safe and thoughtful. Our goal is to create an environment where students feel supported, confident, and empowered every step of the way. Freediving is not about rushing depth or performance. It is about developing awareness, relaxation, and efficiency in the water, while building trust in yourself and your dive partners. Renssant Freedive Seattle offers professional freediving instruction, coaching, and experiences led by certified professionals. Our programs are designed for both new and experienced freedivers, with a strong emphasis on safety, skill and technique development, and long term progression in the water. We instruct primarily in the Seattle metropolitan area, and on occasion can also be found in Port Angeles, Washington, and Kona, Hawaii. Training in cold water environments builds strong fundamentals, refined technique, adaptability, and confidence that transfers across all freediving conditions. In addition to local instruction, we also host and participate in freediving experiences and retreats a few times each year. These opportunities allow students to further develop technique, relaxation, and efficiency while applying their skills in new environments and conditions. We are always open to ideas for future trips, experiences, and collaborations. If you have a location or concept in mind, we would love to hear it and explore what might be possible together. Whether you are taking your first freediving course or continuing to refine your depth, efficiency, and comfort in the water, Renssant Freedive Seattle provides structured instruction and thoughtful coaching to support your growth as a freediver.
